Expiry Dates & Lot Numbers Entered

You can enter the expiry date and/or lot number of a product at the time that goods are brought into the warehouse. If you forget to enter the expiry date and/or lot number during the purchase order process, you can subsequently edit the product via an inventory correction.

Purchase Order

When you unpack a purchase order, you have the option to assign an expiry date and/or lot number to the products. If there are multiple products with different expiry dates within the same delivery, you can click on the '+' sign. For example, if you ordered 5 bananas, you can enter one with lot number x and 4 with lot number y.
