Creating Products

You can load your products into Stoqflow via synchronizing with a linked webshop, by means of an Excel (CSV) import, or by creating the products manually.

Connect Webshop

After linking a webshop, it becomes possible to fetch all products and their inventory from Stoqflow instantly. The products will then be created automatically in Stoqflow and their inventory will be updated. However, the inventory will not have correct warehouse location information since this data is not available on the e-commerce platform. Missing information can still be easily updated afterwards.

Importing Products

Products can also be loaded by means of an Excel (CSV) file. This can be handy if you already kept track of your inventory in a spreadsheet or were already using another application that makes it possible to export the inventory. It is also possible to update the inventory of products that are already present in Stoqflow by means of a CSV file.

Creating Products Manually

If the above options are not possible, you can also create products manually.
